Youth in Transition
The Youth in Transition Program provides support for youth ages 14-25 who are in the process of transitioning out of the care of Child Aid Society (CAS).

Help youth obtain skills to support them in their journey into the adult stages of life
Youth/Elder connection, housing supports, Indigenous culture/spirituality, employment resources, health/mental health referrals and resources, developing strategies/tools for success, interpersonal relationships, etc.
